Studio/Living Space Creation

San Francisco

Located in the basement of an 80 year old house, Billard Custom transformed what was once a small storage room into a modern living space that includes views of San Francisco and a private entrance.

Completely gutted and stripped on the inside. Structure reinforcement, new plumbing, new electrical to accomodate a full kitchen and a new bathroom with shower.
