Billard Custom restored the two-color exterior brick surface, metal exterior architecture and all frames for windows and doors. The renovation also includes complete recreation of an iconic design detail, a copper cone, that sits on top of the roof of this historic building.

A one-year commitment for Billard Custom. At the completetion of the project the extensive renovation was commemorated with a plaque that was placed on the main surface by the building owners.
